Park "Yunak" consists of three main areas: The first zone covers the main alleys along the boulevard "Georgi Danchev."
There are attractions and playgrounds for different age groups, benches, pergolas and variety of trees and shrub species.
The second zone includes track for road safety courses for children, playgrounds for active sports and a lane network for people with disabilities.

The third zone, located on the hill, has places for recreation. There is a panoramic site at the top of the hill.
The park is well illuminated and equipped with a video surveillance system.
